  • Acceptance of Terms

    By registering for and attending our conference, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this document. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not register for or attend the conference.

    Registration and Payment

    Registration: To attend the conference, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate and complete information.

    Payment: You are responsible for the payment of the registration fee associated with your attendance, as specified during the registration process. Payment is due by the date indicated on the registration form.

    Cancellations: 90 days prior to August 3, 2024: 50% refund. Cancellation within 60 days prior to August 3, 2024: No refund.

    Code of Conduct

    Attendee Conduct: You agree to conduct yourself in a respectful and professional manner during the conference. Any disruptive, offensive, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event without a refund.

    Harassment: Harassment of any kind, including but not limited to discrimination, verbal or physical abuse, and unwanted advances, will not be tolerated.

    Intellectual Property: Respect the intellectual property rights of conference organizers, speakers, and fellow attendees.

    Photography and Recording

    By attending the conference, you grant permission for conference organizers to use your likeness in photographs or video recordings for promotional and archival purposes.

    Changes and Cancellations

    Conference Changes: Conference organizers reserve the right to make changes to the conference program, schedule, speakers, or other elements without prior notice.

    Cancellation: In the event of conference cancellation, conference organizers will provide information about refunds or alternative arrangements.

    Liability and Disclaimer

    Conference organizers are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during the event.

    The information and content presented at the conference are for informational purposes only, and conference organizers do not guarantee its accuracy or completeness.

    Consent to Contact

    By submitting registration details, attendees agree to allow The Working Mom Conference and companies associated with the conference to contact them regarding their services. Attendees who do not wish to receive such communications please contact Partners and Speakers directly. The contact details of registered attendees will be placed on the attendee list which will be passed to sponsoring/partnering companies for the purpose of networking and meetings. Attendees who do not wish to be included on this list must so advise The Working Mom Conference at the time of booking or in accordance with procedures set forth in The Working Mom Conference’s Privacy Policy, which also describes and governs our use of any personal information described herein. 

    By registering for and attending the conference, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. These terms may be subject to change, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically for updates.

  • Booth Reservation:

    Vendors must purchase booth space in advance.

    Booth allocations are on a first-come, first-served basis.

    Payment:

    Full payment is required upon booth reservation.

    Payments are non-refundable, however may be used as a credit for future events.

    Set-up and Breakdown:

    Vendors may set up their booths during the designated set-up hours before the conference.

    Booths must be ready for attendees when the conference begins.

    Breakdown of booths is only permitted after the conclusion of the conference.

    Booth Operation:

    Vendors must staff their booths during all conference hours.

    No subletting or sharing of booth space is allowed without prior approval.

    Promotional Material:

    All promotional material must be family-friendly and align with the values of The Working Mom Conference.

    Distribution of promotional material is restricted to the vendor's designated booth space.

    Product Sales:

    Vendors are responsible for all transactions related to product sales at their booths.

    Compliance with local sales tax regulations is the sole responsibility of the vendor.

    Insurance and Liability:

    Vendors are required to carry their own liability insurance.

    The Working Mom Conference and its organizers are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during the event.

    Compliance with Laws:

    Vendors must comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

    Any violations may result in immediate removal from the conference without a refund.

    Cancellation by The Working Mom Conference:

    The Working Mom Conference reserves the right to cancel the vendor reservation at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, violation of terms, event cancellation, or unforeseen circumstances.

    Modification of Terms:

    The Working Mom Conference reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Vendors will be notified of any changes.

    Code of Conduct:

    Vendors are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner. Any behavior deemed inappropriate by The Working Mom Conference organizers may result in expulsion from the event without a refund.

    By proceeding with the reservation, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

  • Partnership Agreement:

    Partners and sponsors are required to enter into a formal agreement with The Working Mom Conference.

    The terms outlined in this agreement will specify the scope of the partnership, including benefits and obligations.

    Payment:

    Partners and sponsors must fulfill all financial commitments as outlined in the partnership agreement.

    Payments are non-refundable.

    Branding and Promotions:

    The Working Mom Conference and its organizers reserve the right to use partner and sponsor logos, names, and promotional materials in connection with the event.

    Partners and sponsors may use The Working Mom Conference logo and name as outlined in the partnership agreement.

    Exhibition Space (if applicable):

    If included in the partnership agreement, sponsors may be provided with exhibition space.

    The setup, operation, and staffing of exhibition spaces must comply with the rules and regulations of The Working Mom Conference.

    Promotional Material:

    All promotional material must align with the values of The Working Mom Conference and receive approval from event organizers prior to distribution.

    Event Attendance:

    Partners and sponsors are encouraged to have representatives present during the conference to maximize engagement with attendees.

    Cancellation by Partner or Sponsor:

    Partners and sponsors must provide written notice of cancellation.

    Cancellation by The Working Mom Conference:

    The Working Mom Conference reserves the right to cancel the partnership at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, violation of terms, event cancellation, or unforeseen circumstances.

    Modification of Terms:

    The Working Mom Conference reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Partners and sponsors will be notified of any changes.

    Code of Conduct:

    Partners and sponsors are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner. Any behavior deemed inappropriate by The Working Mom Conference organizers may result in the termination of the partnership without a refund.

    Benefits and Deliverables:

    Specific benefits and deliverables will be outlined in the partnership agreement. The Working Mom Conference is committed to delivering the agreed-upon benefits to partners and sponsors.

    By proceeding with the partnership, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

  • Volunteer Role:

    Volunteers will be assigned specific roles and responsibilities based on their skills and the needs of The Working Mom Conference.

    Volunteers are expected to fulfill their assigned duties with dedication and professionalism.

    Professional Conduct:

    Volunteers are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and courteous manner at all times.

    Respect the confidentiality of sensitive information encountered during the course of volunteering.

    Uniforms and Identification:

    Volunteers may be provided with uniforms or identification badges. These must be worn at all times during volunteering hours.

    Attendance and Punctuality:

    Prompt attendance is crucial. If unable to attend a scheduled shift, notify the Volunteer Coordinator as early as possible.

    Code of Conduct:

    Volunteers must adhere to The Working Mom Conference's code of conduct, treating all attendees, fellow volunteers, and staff with respect.

    Conflicts of Interest:

    Volunteers must disclose any potential conflicts of interest that may compromise the integrity of their volunteer role.

    Termination:

    The Working Mom Conference reserves the right to terminate the services of any volunteer for reasons including, but not limited to, violation of terms, inappropriate behavior, or failure to fulfill assigned duties.

    Liability:

    Volunteers understand and acknowledge that they are not employees and, as such, are not entitled to compensation, benefits, or insurance coverage from The Working Mom Conference.

    By proceeding with your volunteer commitment, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
